Content of service:
1. Please confirm the detailed tourist attractions and cities for traveling to China, or contact us to recommend tourist cities, or browse the recommended attractions in our blog articles before quoting!
2. We only provide the service of registering for travel with the travel agency on your behalf, and the communication service between the travel agency and you!
3. The quote price of this service includes the travel agency’s group travel quotation + 10% service fee (based on the travel agency’s quotation) + 3% exchange rate loss and bank handling fee (based on the travel agency’s quotation)!
Terms of Service ：
1. We do not provide any actual travel services. All travel services are provided by Chinese travel agencies! We only provide registration and payment services, consulting services, communication services (for you and the parade agency), and travel dispute handling services!
2. In China, you must abide by all Chinese laws and regulations. If you violate it, please bear the consequences yourself!
3. Regarding refunds, you can apply for a refund before the fee is paid to the travel agency, but the 3% exchange rate loss and bank handling fee (based on the travel agency’s quotation) are not refundable; once the fee is fully paid to the travel agency, it will be processed according to the travel agency’s requirements. We will try our best to negotiate with the travel agency, and the specific results will be subject to the travel agency’s processing results!
4. If you encounter a dispute while traveling, please report it to us. We will try our best to negotiate with the travel agency or relevant parties and try our best to obtain a refund or compensation!
5. We have the final right of explanation for any other unfinished matters!
