It is well known that seeking medical treatment in China is becoming increasingly popular! This is because China’s healthcare services are fast and affordable.

But how can you find a doctor when you arrive in China, a place that may feel unfamiliar? Don’t worry—we are here to help!

We will accompany you throughout your medical journey in China!

We offer the following services:

1. Airport pick-up service!
2. Assistance with hotel check-in!
3. Full companionship during hospital visits, including guiding you through registration, doctor consultations, translation, fee payment, obtaining medical reports, picking up medication, and more!
4. Help with dining or guidance on ordering food delivery!
5. Transportation assistance!
6. Airport drop-off service!

Note: All expenses incurred during the above services—such as transportation, accommodation, meals, medical fees, etc.—are to be borne by you. These costs are not included in our service.

Service Terms:

1. This service is limited to locations within Guangdong Province, China, such as Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Foshan, and other cities in the province. Services in other provinces of China are not yet available.

2. Before the service begins, a brief inquiry regarding the medical condition will be conducted to facilitate hospital selection and appointment registration.

3. The service starts with airport pick-up and ends with airport drop-off. A service day is defined as 24 hours. Any period less than 24 hours will also be counted as one full day. Please estimate your stay in China accordingly to avoid overly long or short durations.

4. If the number of days booked exceeds the actual days needed for medical treatment, a refund may be requested for the unused days. If the number of days booked is fewer than the actual days required, you will be required to pay the additional service fee. Failure to pay the extra fee will entitle us to terminate the service.

5. Any matters not expressly covered herein shall be resolved through negotiation between both parties.
